For Little Feat’s new album “Rooster Rag,” Paul Barrere co-wrote a track called “Just a Fever.” It’s got voodoo lyrics and grinding slide guitar ladled over a stomping rhythm, and none of that, he says, prevented the band manager’s five-year-old daughter from mishearing the title as “Justin Bieber.”
