At the Casinos: ZZ Top bringing ‘La Futura’ to Wind Creek; tickets on sale today (video)

It appears that Wind Creek Casino and a certain “little ol’ band from Texas” can work together despite a dust-up around a canceled show earlier this year.

ZZ Top is scheduled to appear Oct. 13 at Wind Creek, the casino has announced. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. today through Ticketmaster and the casino. Prices range from $ 20 to $ 75 plus service charges.

At the casinos: Odds against finding tickets for Bennett, Jones, Fantasia

The good news: Biloxi’s casinos are back in business after brief shutdowns caused by Hurricane Isaac. The bad news, at least for procrastinators: Based on information from Ticketmaster and the casinos themselves, it appeared that as of Monday, all this weekend’s major shows were sold out.
